Phone Room Positions
1. Call Center Agent - full-time Back to TOP
- Screen and recruit respondents by phone about consumer-related
products and services for surveys conducted at our research
facility or other metro Atlanta locations.
- Most projects are recruited
from our database. Those in our database have signed up to
be called when we have a project that they may qualify for
based on demographics and consumer interests.
- Recruiters are eligible
for monthly productivity bonuses that are based on the project's
profitability, the team's overall productivity and the individual
show rate for each project.
- Benefits
and insurance are available for full-time workers after 12
consecutive weeks of full-time employment.
- A 401(k) program
is available after one year in a full-time position.

2. Monitor - part-time Back to TOP
- Ensure that our phone staff is accurately screening
our respondents during the recruitment process.
- Edit interviews
before being shipped to our clients as an assurance that we
have conducted the surveys in a thorough manner.
- Most positions are
available nights and weekends.

3. Qualitative Assistant - part-time Back
to TOP
- Prepare the research facility for clients and respondents,
including survey or focus rooms and lobbies with regard to
furniture set-up, paperwork, and any special supplies.
- Cheerfully accommodate
clients' special requests.
- Greet and accommodate respondents,
treating them as our special guests.
- Assist respondents during
check-in. Respondents receive a self-administered questionnaire
to verify that they are suitable matches for the survey, and
respondents are escorted to the proper location at the appropriate
time.
- Serve and remove clients' catered / take-out meals
at the appropriate time.
- Restore the facility to its standard
set-up after each session, including returning furniture to
designated location and washing and restocking dishes / utensils.
- Preferred
qualifications:
- Previous experience with event planning or coordination,
catering
- High level of confidence and professionalism in
dealing with a variety of personalities and needs
- Basic clerical
and data processing skills
- Detail orientation and ability to multi-task
- Position
also involves light paperwork, including check reconciliation
for each project.
- Day and evening positions are available, usually
working 1-3 shifts weekdays or evenings Monday-Thursdayday
day staff must be available 6:00am-3:00pm.
Weekdays and evening staff must be available from 4:30-11:00pm.
Friday evening and weekend shifts are rarely necessary in this
department.

4. A/V Technician - part-time Back to TOP
- Set-up, audio- and videotape research studies in
progress.
- Assist with setup of videoconferencing projects
as necessary.
- Essential qualifications:
- Familiarity and comfort
with basic audio and video equipment
- Detail-orientation and ability
to multi-task
- Day and evening positions are available, with most
work from 4:30-10:00pm weeknights Monday-Thursday.
